Course Memo
The course introduces both the techniques of research and the use of available information to better address problems in the airport environment. Research design and methodologies are presented. Additional topics are problem formulation, operational definition, statistical applications and decision analysis. A style manual for the preparation of a research proposal is introduced. It is designed for the student to develop and demonstrate competency in business research methodology and techniques. This course includes the development of a research proposal.
