Course Memo
This course covers the concepts necessary to apply the laws of mechanics to rigid body equilibrium. Topics include vectors, equilibrium of particles and rigid bodies. The study will concentrate on equivalent systems and how they apply to frames, trusses and beams. This course will also cover topics on centroids, moment of inertia and friction. Prerequisites: MAT125, PHY125Assigned Books
