Course Memo
The characteristics and properties of ferrous, nonferrous and composite materials are studied. Emphasis is placed on aircraft hardware, fittings, destructive testing, hand-tool use and familiarization. Heat-treating, measurement techniques, corrosion and related technologies are investigated.
